Well for my 2c Im not wild on the fade thingy going on in the background I think when you put work in there is going to be a little distracting. I like the blur on the scroll and the transition but the copy in needs work, especially as its all the content you have up there at the moment.
Ie: 'Many new companies spring up on line every day. The idea of Formed in 1996, Turnbox Studios is an integrated digital agency providing research...' this doesn't read well.
Also I'd change the wording on this, 'We've been at it for nearly twelve years and have delivered literally hundreds of websites and brand experiences.' Its a little clunky.
Just my first impression of it, best of luck with the rest.
