At first I thought "Francesca", but then people would shorten it to "Franny", which could be mistaken for "Fanny" or "The Nanny", which in either case is not good.
So, then I thought, what about "Manu"? That's a name of a girl (doll) from a local TV kids show (from the 80's) called, Play School.
However, if you want something more conventional, what about "Zooey"?
I've got a niece named "Zoe". She's pretty cool. Yeah, go with that one.
