I like the way you show the work in the web section, maybe consider using that format for the other sections.
I started to wonder if there should be some feedback when you mouseover an item indicating that you can scroll through the screenshots - sort of like the plus icon over the QBN Public Voice. Also, maybe make the info button more noticeable, or just show the captions underneath the item.
The Flash section looks like it needs some polishing - it wasn't clear to me what a lot of the pieces were since they are provided without context or screenshots and appear to be pieces of a larger site.
In the ID section, showing all of those logo ideas feels like overkill.
In the header, red line and Arial sit uncomfortably next to the logo font IMO, I'd keep the logo and consider reworking the rest.
