its just a title so unless you get pay like a one, your just have a fancy facade.
ex. at a client meeting, my boss said I was the senior art director. yeah right, if I was he wouldn't afford me. hah.

- yeah how funny. I'm callled a sr art director then we have associate CD's then a couple CD's then one Exec CD (top dog) oh and dont forget the executive creative producer and all the Sr IA's and strategists. That's just in our office, the agencies and clients we work with also have their structure of 50 people. What all this means is that I work at least a 10-12 day and weekends trying to solve problems forfortified
