Additionally, if YOU were in a country where you didn't speak the language at all, and you can see your mother on the other side of the glass in front of you and are unable to communicate with her, AND you're held for 10 HOURS without being able to speak to a single person...... gimme a break.
Taser is a step below lethal force and those cops were completely out of line in using it in that situation. 12 minutes went by before paramedics even got to the scene AFTER the dude was unconscious.
