I wouldn't expect that for a junior position, it would be a nice bonus if a candidate came along with lots of finished stuff and a track record of completed projects but I guess that would be a little above a junior position in terms of experience.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, be confident in your skill, get the work you have done into a nicely laid out site and you should be good to go.
