people do not do things due to moral judgment that has been set by the social political norms. the law in it self which reflects the popular believes, do not exist for sole purpose of punishment. if that is the case than we have failed our selves as a society.
the good nature in individuals are still dictated by our laws. the law changes according our current social beliefs. our actions in fact are results of law dictating what is right and wrong.
