Maybe i'm just jaded b/c DIN was the font of choice at my last job (in-house drudgery). It has little to offer in terms of extra glyphs, and the built-in kerning sucks.
Baskerville was just fine to begin with. Mrs. Eaves is not necessarily bad in its construction, it's just impractical for text settings as it has an awfully short x-height.
IMHO.
