logos are not even close in any manner, sounds like another big company with to much time on their hands. (looks toward 2A with a grin) unless you can positively prove and have documented your design exsisted in any time frame b4 theirs - then forgot about it. you could though represent yourself and just watse their time and money by going to court and appealing each decision over and over again. costs you nothing but suddenly the high priced lawyer is costing them money
otherwise make a shirt and sell it "Sony & Share"
