Oh I'm not rolling over. Just done discussing it here. Thanks for the input all!
I have composed a strongarm response, stating my case to their lawyer using all of the legal language several years as a CD in a former life earned me. I knew all those damn meetings would come in handy.
I'm also cc'ing it to my lawyer buddy at DLA Piper Rudnick in DC...jeeze they are now the second largest firm in the states...that'll get their attention...
