If you're in Illy, just list your Pantone Swatches by name, stick them side by side, then swap manually. Or am i missing something?

(Oct 18 07, 07:20)yes but you should note that the illy uncoted and coated CMYK values are exact same.
if you really want to select your colors correct for uncoated papers you need to refer to an uncoated swatchbook. some colors have mega shift... greens very much.
