sorry, i wasn't looking for an incendiary post. I acknowledge I was calling for it though. Was not intentional. My fault.
I just asked because (so the newspaper tells) there's 2 new herbal shops near Lisbon selling imported mushrooms profiting from what we call a blank-in-the-law. there's a hole hole in the definition of what forbidden psychotropic substances are. Probably a hole in EU laws too.
But police is working on it.
