Test drive both and decide for yourself. There's no logic in deciding between these two - practicality is not involved in any of them and styling is of course, in the eye of the beholder...
What I can tell you (having driven both on the track for quite some time) is that - unlike what some people might think - the Z4 is NOT the "drivers car" BMW is famous for - the TT is way more rewarding to drive.
Get the TT 2.0T Coupé. The 3.2 is a pig.
Oh and by the way, I hate you for living on the most beuatiful spot on earth ; )
