  quite hard to say based on your description....

  is the text already layed out and you just have to drop the photos in? (is that what you mean by 'the text is done')

  supposing nothing was done already:
  if it's for a corporation, or for a trade show, i would say between 2 & 4 thousand.

  if it's for a lower end client i might go down to 1 to 2 thousand, but it all depends on the subject matter and degree if difficulty of course.
