what's worse, that cop probably had a dash cam running, and if that had happened to any other person who wasn't shooting video you would have never been able to get a hold of that video if you sued him or presented him to his superior. either 'no we weren't filming' or 'we lost the tape' bullshit.
that shit happens all the time.
