    most interactive shops
    = you will mainly do only flash
    = some may ask you to do both
    = they are used to sponsorship so more chance of getting it

    most big agency
    = you will mainly do only flash
    = they are used to sponsorship so more chance of getting it

    big or small or boutique brand / traditional shop with tiny web unit
    = you will most like to do design and flash
    = they usually dont do sponsorship
