    lol llyod!

i had a similar experience when interviewing for my last job.

90% of the interview went absolutely fantastic, i killed it! then via video conference they sat me down with this guy from california and he just ripped me to shreds.

he literally had me sweating bullets. thank god it was a video conference so he couldn't really see.

he asked me to explain why windows put the toolbar in the window, and mac put the toolbar on the screen and give him 3 pros and cons of each. i fell flat on my face. i started to think WAY to hard about the analytical, human factors shit and usability shit and bombed the question. he was kind enough to give me the answer after i told him 'ya know what... i just don't know'.

if he had asked 'why do you like the toolbar on the screen with macs as opposed to in the window with pcs' and i would have known exactly what he was talking about.

i got the job anyways but i felt like a complete dolt.

i did like llyod did though. when the guy came back in the room to get me he asked how it went, i told him horrible and why. that helped me out so much.

    good luck man!
