Looks like my options are either the generic packaging (good prices) or custom (at least 3x for the same thing - probably better quality, but that's a big increase).
I know there are combo's out there, I've got one from a company sitting here.
Basically it's a digipak with an embossed logo and insert booklet.
Seems like there'd a be a nice market for semi-custom.
