I don't think its relative. Clinton was a lout, true. Embarassing, absolutely. But he never said anyone who gets fellated in the White House I will bring to justice. What Libby et al did was part of a concerted effort to take the US to war. Discrediting Wilson and intimidating the WH news corps was maybe the only way to do so.
Clinton shamed himself but do you really think his disgraceful conduct compares with what Cheney/Bush have done to the office with their theory the "unitary presidency"?
Jury? pfft. Habeas corpus? pfft.
