It's definitely picking up. If you had asked me 6 months ago, I would've told you to forget about it because it was literally dead - but now we actually have trouble finding proper people. Strange how that works.
And your portfolio is great, very un-swedish which is definitely an asset.
The biggest concern is finding a place to live unless you wanna settle somewhere in the suburbs. Stockholm is turning into London as far as prices per sq m go.
