this is the most fucking bullshit city survey ever.
new york is stamped on by cities like vancouver/toronto, and then there's a whole slew of other miserable cities that shouldn't even be ON the list, at any ranking.
this list is entirely composed for the elite upper classmen who can afford the rich cozy cushioned barricaded fortress of superior living that protects them from the trenches of otherwise awful cities surrounding them.
fuck this list, and fuck the freezing cold ass weather its trying to purport as "livable".
