    i think ive got this cos ive seen it on tv or read about it on the internet.

    soon docs wont exist, your friend will easily be able to tell you whats wrong with you.

    kelpie, just get yourself to your docs and ask him/her or get along to a massage place that know their sh*t and theyl be able to advise you on what is wrong and how to avoid it.

    when im stressed with workload and i have to work on comp i get a sore arm and shoulder. years ago id went to someone and they cracked my shoulder good and proper and it takes the pain away for a few hours while stressed. so i learned how to 'pop' it myself - no point in paying £35 a session to get it done by someone else when you can do it for free lol.
