    I had the same thing last year. Got rid of it pretty much. Address how you are sitting, and holding your arm when working. You want to get your arm and wrist as perpendicular to your body as possible. And then periodically, like on the hour, give your arm a bit of a massge (and other bits of you like), and move it around, getting the blood going.
    Also, if it's really bad, see if you can get a dr. to prescribe some muscle relaxants. I took em for a week, and it really helped.

    If those things don't help, you might need to get snipped. I here it's pretty simple.
