a cab is easiest, but very expensive depending on time of day (~100euro).
the train is good, but slower.
i frickin' hate the malpensa airport. i have been there so many times and they have pretty much *always* lost stuff of mine at the airport. oh, and the only hotel that is not a complete ripoff there is Hotel Villa Malpensa. while not a ripoff, it is very expensive but has wonderful service.
