Hmm, at the rate of species divergence you're insinuating in the Ark episode, I'd expect new, wildly-differentiated creatures to be popping up all the time - say, quite a few each century. Christ, even humans should have evolved somewhat in the intervening x thousand years.
Also, why does God so curiously wield his capacity for miracles? She leaves a lot to chance, I think.
At best, She's sloppy, contrary and inconsistent - not characteristics I'd be comfortable devoting my eternity to worship.
