So terribly sorry to disappoint, Brookoioioi.
Perhaps, like someone has already suggested (either here on /., I can't recall) this isn't currently as much of an issue as is being made out. If they were banned from the internets, then fo'sho'. But they're not - they just have to change ISPs.
Therefore, just now, it's not the end of the world. Sorry - it's interesting, yes, but not that much. I may well be being naive and am wrong, but, meh.
