Dawkins has had a lot of negative reviews from the mainstream press, not just Christianity Today and the such.
He is intellectually dishonest and doesn't really have a clue as to what the Christian faith is about. Clearly it's not hard to takes shots at the the Christian church as they are human and thus, making a lot of mistakes.
If he wants to have his opinion fine, but he should at least be educated on his opponents instead of getting on his high horse and looking down on anyone with faith. That seems rather close minded and ignorant to me.
On the same subject, how many of you believe that all you see is all there is. How many of you believe in a soul, spirituality etc, that there is something beyond the matter we see. From my life, I would find it very hard to deny that there is a definite spiritual reality. Dawkins' worldview certainly doesn't allow for any of this.
