he is so awesome, dude. left a couple years ago. now, started, owns and runs daily the best bakery in our neighborhood i have ever been to outside of central EU.
absolutely un-fucking-believeable.
he just pulled me the finest dopio i have had in years.... well, except for when he did it every other morning... :)
he has such an awesome/gnarly knowledge of Belgian beer making and qualities. stocks tons.
