Meanwhile any slapping type behavior observed anywhere near airports or government facilities will result in anyone's immediate detention. Slapping videos on the internet will be monitored.
The French will be denounced as a "slapping culture", and "slapping" will be reported on in the news media as an "islamic form of child rearing - barbaric", and Lou Dobbs will weigh in heavily on slapping.
