i don't think it's haldex. it's supposed to have a 40/60 power distribution like the S4/RS4 which doesn't use haldex.

re: price jox-man - I'm thinking it would be closer to 6 series pricing- the S5 being a $70k
car, here in the US. i say this because they are saying it will be pretty customizable w/ options, thus raising the base-model price as is commonly done.the single frame is growing on me more as well, but i am just bummed about this being dubbed an "S-Car". not that change is not good (i love change), but this feels a bit more like a need to keep pumping the public w/ a hundred versions of a 'limited edition' mentality, rather than building a true q-ship.
