the interface is intended to mimick the television with minimal interactivity, you can "skip" the current item which will lead you to the next in the playlist. The playlist is generated at random and is updated regularly so keep checking back.
There will be more developments soon that will allow you to view more focused content.
The sign up rate is very good and constantly rising which is thanks to some very positive reviews of the site.
