Dood, this is California, we are experts at wasting tax dollars. The beauty of that is, we always need more :)
Every year I expect to get totally fucked. On a serious note, you don't need a CPA specifically do you? I mean, you can have an accountant that isnt a CPA. Chances are, you can hook it up cheaper with someone who isnt a CPA.
In general though, any good accountant should know about tax breaks and what not.
