I say fuck it, if its means you have a higher chance of getting a ticket without having to do the site by a phone and hit refresh on your screen for 20hrs to get a ticket then i am for it. Especially if it stops scum of the mutha fuckin earth toutes selling em for £400 a piece on Ebay..... who gives a toss if people have your name and address on a ticket.... people need to relllllllaxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
