    I have a 45min power nap every day in summer, leave the office walk to park find a tree and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

    For years I have had power naps esp after a long day at work and before having to go out later that night. The trick is to only have 45minutes or 1.30hrs no more and nothing inbetween as if you keep it to either of these lengths you will wake up from a stage one ssleep and bypass that grogy feeeling and actually feel really good.
