    I've found time and time again, that if I want an effect like this, it is actually faster( when you factor in the time spent trying to fake it) , easier, better looking, and more enjoyable to do it the real way. Then tweak in photoshop if necessary.

    Find a place that will make you a custom stamp and buy some sealing wax.

    Secind that. Is the image you are trying to seal complex?, you could potentially cut it yourself out of vinyl?
