I am glad you like it, I loved the portablility factor of it!
I moved to K100D from its predecessor *istDS, but mine was damaged in shipping and I had to return it. I am waiting for the K10D now :) It takes way too long!What batteries are you using? I suggest RCR-V3 rechargeables over AA, they have slightly higher voltage and as a result the autofocus is faster.
Just make sure you got a reputable brand, delkin is considered good:
