I was waiting to see them @ Madison Square in Oct 2001, drinking at a nearby bar. Suddenly Im like, is that Danny Carey? He passed me and some friends, said what's up and walked out w a bunch of roadie looking cats. they ripped it the fuck up that night too. saw em in DC @ MCI 4 days later, much more tame. But FUCK!!! the bitchinest drummer alive and he was standing there drinking next to me for 1/2 hour w/o my knowing.
Hard to imagine what they could possibly do next. Hope they breakup b4 they start to suck ass. (Like Alanis who I just saw on Kilborne. )
