eh...that's just religion co-opting the beneficial aspects of healthy societies. Definitely not an outlook exclusive to people with supernatural belifes. There's a reason it's called common sense.
Kids figure this out on the playground.

(Dec 21 06, 10:23)Healthy societies are formed because people generally have instilled a sense of right and wrong which reaches deeper than the pragmatic. We also commit altruistic acts which are of no benefit to us, or the people groups we belong to.
