i don't know if U were addressing my post, but it's all about what sells. Ludacris is under contract and so he'll probably have input into his packaging (so to speak). and some firm already on bed with the record company will either have someone on staff who can do it, or they'll find a freelancer to get it done.
From that point, everything they do relative to "the irban market" will cop that same style. Whether some kid from the hood is hooking it up or not.
