i worked with a code guy who was constantly puffing. he looked like he was working too much, he was thinking he was working to much, but he was just discussing, opening apps, moving his mouse, closing the app, opening another app, talking about the future, puffing, opening another app...
we did manage, but we could have done a site that took 3 weeks in 1 night. but he was always working.
