    In a big agency, you're more likely to have a specialized position (i.e. strictly design, strictly programming, etc), at least that I've seen. This can be either a good or bad thng, and is something you'll have to check out at each individual place.

    Also, at the bigger places, you have more internal resources (theoretically) - so if you get stuck on something, there's normally someone around to help, or at least point in the right direction. In a smaller place, you may not get that.
