Go out and get some air. Take the stairs when you do. Maybe walk to get some coffee down the street?
Do 50 pushups.
Ok don't. Do 10, cause when you get to 12 and can't do anymore you're going to feel even shittier about yourself.
Stick with the walk. Start slow.
