got really sick 2 years ago, figured id quit then. i did and it wasnt too bad. i was sick for about 2 weeks and afterwards, i just told myself that i would not start back.
i have a cig once every other month MAYBE and even then, it feels like shit. spliffs though... well, that is entirely different. i just started back on that about 4 months ago and i am glad i did. haha. forgot how nice it was.
