Past Valentine's I ordered roses from them for my wife.
They arrived at her work late, frozen (non-heated truck maybe?) and they all died within 2 days. They also negelcted to add the 'extras' I was charged for.
I screamed until I got ALL my money back and will never use them again. Waste of $105 and embarrising for my wife at work since it looked like I got here some cheap, crap flowers when everyone else had nice arrangments on their desks.
