50/50 because we have a republican in executive branch which VP has tie break....
btw.... 51/49 is a majority in voice only.... 2/3rds for anything to pass....
so I will repeat myself.... IT DON'T MATTER...
the only thing that does matter is that the house of reps can now hold the spanish inquisition all over again...
for the next 2 years they will investigate and play the blame game..... and nothing..... will get done...
