    suggestions:
    relax, do some meditation, mental training or nlp. p.ex. close your eyes, imagine how your life should be. flow away on that imagination and feel your breath. you should be better afterwards. it is important to find your inner anchor to prevent paranoia. and i would suggest some qi-Gong or shiatsu.

    me, i am doing 5 basic shiatsu forms every morning. it helps to find my balance.

    stop smoking, leave your city at least once a month.

    it does not count how others (girls, accountants) think about you. i mean, life ends for men with 78. so why circle allways arond the same feelings.
