    trying to figure out something cool to do with this 45'' touchscreen this company dropped off last week.

    Working on a presentation to secure funding for a new product/project based. Basically looking for money to produce a proof of concept/pilot.

    Architecting the technology and features of this new project.

    Managing the team in india and making sure they are doing stuff correctly... most of the time they do not... sigh
