are those lynda tutorials any good, horton? worth purchasing? or just trying to find said tutorials on a file sharing site?

i find the Lynda "essential" CDs a bit too basic but they also release lots of specific titles which are good, like:
InDesign CS2 Beyond the Basics
InDesign CS2 Power Shortcutsetc.
