I drove a lot of cars when i was lookin, A4, 330, C280, 500, Jetta, mazda6: as many cars as i could that I liked. after driving everything i picked up a mazda6, drives good, great on gas (compaired to my SUV's) and is really cheap. Best bang for the buck. After this lease is out, I'm looking at a used IS350... those are nice.
But just go out driving and pick what makes you happy and can afford.
