in yahoo you can rank your player so the players you want rank them higher to the top....then after you rank your like 200 player i hit draft and yahoo drafts the player, yes players can only be on one team, so if you have lets say jagr at one and someone else has jagr at one, the player with the earlier draft pick will get him, so if he gets him you will get your number 2 pick on that list, so its important to rank your players, though yahoo has a decent initial ranking already.
